The experience of a student who was in junior high KKL N 1 Mlati Sleman, who want to do research there. Penilitiannya backdrop for students to learn in just a rote formula and according to him it's wrong. So he wanted to research about students' understanding of linkaran. In his research he wanted to use cooperative learning model types think pair share to be used in learning. I explained the rules that exist on the type of think pair share, this type involves three stages namely think (think), pairs (pairs), and share (share).

And the results of these studies, concluded that students' understanding of mathematical concepts that are restricted to the understanding of the concept circle is said to increase from cycle I to cycle II.
